A Mathis style UnityMol?
Was looking at a few Youtube vids of UnityMol and saw some cool features that could be used for modelling Mathis's Charge Field-Elements. It has about everything needed for demos:

That site slows down my computer quite a bit, so I probably won't be trying it out myself.

Here's an overview of SciPy-UnityMol with RDKit. A similar modeling tool would be ideal for Mathis' Molecular structures.
