I suggest that we make this into two projects, one short-term, one long-term.

Project 1
5 minute Introductory Video
Briefly explain many of the basic MM Model concepts, including those listed above under Video Topics, by just showing a person explaining everything using balls etc as props.

Project 2
Get organized to do animation programing for making better videos for each topic.

It may help to make scripts for both video projects.
