I can’t imagine their explanation. On the other hand, it shows further confirmation of the charge field. Miles Mathis has identified the mass radius of most photons to be 10-24m, roughly six million times smaller than the electron. Photons this small are too small to be seen as individual particles, but experimental devices can detect the energy levels of ‘local charge fields’, the neutrino field theory is based on detected field strength differentials. Neutrino detection should be understood primarily as the aggregate of many individual photon collisions. Real spinning photons are the basic physical unit of the universe. Electrons and proton matter are made up from photons.

That species of neutrino has a mass no greater than 0.086 electron volts (eV), or about six million times less than the mass of a single electron.
